PodSwarm.ai Terms of Service

PodSwarm.ai provides software tools to help merchants operate print-on-demand businesses. The service is offered on a subscription basis and may include integrations with Shopify, Printful, Stripe, model providers, and image APIs.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to sell the merchandise, use uploaded material, contact their audiences, and comply with applicable laws, platform rules, consumer-protection requirements, tax obligations, and intellectual-property standards.

PodSwarm.ai provides AI-assisted outputs only. Designs, copy, pricing, and marketing suggestions must be reviewed by the user before publication. The user supplies final skill, judgment, and approval. No output should be treated as legal, tax, or professional advice.

Automated marketing tools are intended only for the user’s own consented lists and owned channels. Users must not use the platform to send unlawful spam or infringing content. Ontario and Canada-specific disclaimers included in the product do not replace advice from qualified counsel.

Subscription fees are billed through Stripe unless otherwise agreed. Taxes may apply. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. Access may be suspended for abuse, fraud, non-payment, or high-risk policy violations.
