PodSwarm.ai Privacy Policy
PodSwarm.ai is a Canadian-focused software service that helps merchants operate print-on-demand storefronts. We collect account, billing, store connection, and workflow data needed to provide the service, secure accounts, and improve swarm performance.
In line with PIPEDA principles, we provide notice at signup, limit collection to legitimate business purposes, protect access credentials, and allow users to update or delete profile data by contacting the business owner or using in-app account controls when available.
Store connection data may include Shopify shop domains, Printful identifiers, product metadata, order analytics, billing metadata, and campaign drafts. We do not use a merchantās customer list for unrelated marketing. Automated marketing tools are intended only for the merchantās own consented audiences.
If analytics is enabled, PodSwarm may send privacy-scoped event data to Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and PostHog so operators can understand traffic sources, onboarding conversion, and product usage. The app defaults to essentials-only behavior until the user opts in, and analytics payloads are designed to exclude email addresses, customer-list contents, and full AI design bodies.
AI systems assist with research, design ideation, listing copy, marketing drafts, and analytics summaries. Final publication decisions remain with the merchant. PodSwarm.ai includes a clear human-in-the-loop design review requirement so users exercise final skill and judgment before merchandise or campaigns go live.
We may rely on service providers such as Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Shopify, Printful, and selected model or image-generation vendors to process data on our behalf. Users should review those providersā terms and data handling practices as part of deployment.
This draft policy is a starting point for launch and should be reviewed by Canadian counsel before public production use.
